The design of Rudolph Ballet slippers features our newly developed anatomical silhouette, reminiscent of the house's signature 'Animal Toe' motif. The style was first revealed in the ‘Summertime’ collection of Spring-Summer 2000, which looked to the symbolism of Bacchus – the Roman god of agriculture, wine and fertility. For this collection, shoes revealed a likeness to fauns, or the lion’s paw of a mythical creature.
